What we receive
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, business or brand, the type of help you need and your message. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share there.

We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry and plan the right next step. Here is how the contact form and this website handle it.
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, business or brand, the type of help you need and your message. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share there.
We use these details to answer you, discuss the requested work and keep a record of the conversation. The form sends an inquiry to our business email and an internal inbox, and may send a confirmation copy to you.
Form inquiries are also stored in a private server directory outside the public website. The form uses short lived proof and rate limits to reduce spam. Our hosting and Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
A session storage flag prevents the opening brand animation from repeating on every page. This notice does not claim that analytics is installed on Flexicodal; analytics offered to clients is configured for their own projects where agreed.
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage the related work. We do not sell inquiry details. Hosting, email and security providers may process data while delivering these services.
Email us to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, subject to any records we need to retain. We can also answer questions about how a specific request was handled.
Write to hello@flexicodal.com for privacy questions. Flexicodal is based in Egypt and works with clients internationally.
